Seeking Village Trustees

The Village of Black Creek is seeking two dedicated and community-oriented

individuals to fill the role of Village Trustee. This position is a unique opportunity to

serve the community and make a significant impact in local governance.

These appointments are to complete the terms ending April 19, 2027.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the creation and revision of village legislation, ordinances and regulations
  • Attend regular board meetings and serve on various committees that address specific aspects of village governance

Qualifications include:

  • Resident of the Village of Black Creek
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other board members and village departments
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to serving the public and enhancing community well-being
